What Aeration & Overseeding Costs in Surrey & the Fraser Valley
If your lawn goes thin and patchy every summer, compaction is usually the reason. Aeration lets air, water and nutrients actually reach the roots — and it is priced by area, so it is easy to estimate.

What changes the price
- Total lawn area — priced per 1,000 sq ft, so the estimate is arithmetic.
- Access and obstacles — narrow gates or heavy planting slow the pass.
- Overseeding adds seed and a second pass.
- Timing — fall is the effective window; spring works but is second best.
