What changes the price
- Bed square footage and desired depth — 2–3 inches is standard; more costs more.
- Edging — cutting a clean edge before mulching is what makes it look intentional.
- Access — mulch has to be wheeled in, so distance from the truck matters.
- Weeding first — mulching over weeds wastes the mulch.
