Most lawn companies in Surrey will not tell you what they charge until you call. We would rather you knew now — so here is our full rate card, including the minimums and fees most operators leave out.
Flat monthly plans — our most popular option
Billed across 8 months (March–October), weekly visits included. One predictable number, no surprise cut charges.

Bi-weekly costs about 50% more per visit than weekly — you are paying for the extra growth, not a penalty.

The fine print, in the open
- $50 minimum charge on any single visit.
- First cut of the season, or a badly overgrown lawn: +$40–$80 (it takes roughly twice as long).
- Travel: $30–$60 outside our core service area — quoted before we book, never added later.
- One free skip week per season (drought or holidays). Skip it and it is credited, not lost.
- Prepay the season and take 5% off. Monthly autopay by e-Transfer or card.
- Larger installs (retaining walls, sod, irrigation): 50% deposit, balance on completion.
What changes the price
- Yard size — rates step up at 2,000 and 4,000 sq ft.
- Frequency — weekly is cheapest per visit, one-off is highest.
- Access — locked gates, stairs and tight side yards add time.
- Condition — an overgrown or neglected yard costs more on the first visit, then settles.
- Distance — a travel fee applies outside our core zone, always quoted up front.

- Mowing at the correct seasonal height and trimming every visit
- All green waste handled — mulched in place or hauled away
- Hard surfaces blown clean before we leave
- A local, owner-run crew — you deal with the person doing the work
