Delta isn't one kind of neighbourhood. Ladner holds onto a village feel with mature trees and older, well-established gardens. Tsawwassen sits out on the water near the ferry terminal, where wind and salt air dry turf faster. North Delta is denser and more suburban, and much of it borders Surrey. Those differences change how often a lawn needs cutting, so we set frequency per yard rather than running one fixed route plan.
Every visit includes mowing at the right height for the season, string trimming around fences, planters and posts, and edging along walks and driveways. Clippings are bagged and hauled away unless you ask us to mulch them back in.

Soil and exposure matter here
Parts of Delta sit on heavier soil that holds water and compacts under foot traffic, which is hard on grass roots. Core aeration relieves that compaction so water, air and nutrients can actually reach down, and it's usually worth doing before overseeding so the seed has somewhere to take.
Out in Tsawwassen, exposure counts too: a windier, more open site can dry a lawn out between waterings faster than a sheltered North Delta backyard. We adjust cutting height and timing to suit the site rather than treating every Delta lawn the same.

Most lawns here do best weekly during peak growth and bi-weekly in the shoulder seasons. Shaded yards and newer turf often need less; irrigated, fertilized lawns often need more. We'll recommend a schedule after looking at your yard.

If a yard has a drainage problem aeration won't fix, we'll tell you instead of selling you a service that won't work.
Yes. We can bag and remove clippings, or mulch them back into the lawn if you prefer. Mulching returns nutrients, but heavy clumps should be removed so they don't smother the turf.
